PAPS CUT-S type wire is standard hard brass wire offered Pungkuk EDM Wire.
This wire has a 65:35 chemical composition and 980-1,030N/mm2. This
wire made CuZn alloyed single-structure allows for excellent cost-performance
as standard EDM brass wire. This wire made by normal Brass allow to be used
normal machine condition at WEDM. The auto threading rate can be raised whether
the threading mechanism is pipe type, water jet type, or anneal cutting type
because this wire is very straight. Also, the surface of PAPS CUT-S wire is
treated to prevent brass powdering.
